By accessing or using AffirmSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AffirmSpace. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the required age may be suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

Counselling services do not guarantee any particular result or outcome and should not be considered a replacement for emergency medical, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare services.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

8. Counsellor Responsibilities

Counsellors using AffirmSpace are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully and to comply with applicable laws and professional obligations.

AffirmSpace does not guarantee the qualifications, availability, advice, or outcomes of any individual counsellor beyond the verification processes explicitly stated on the platform.

9. Payments

Certain services on AffirmSpace may require payment. Payments must be made using the payment methods supported by the platform.

By completing a payment, you agree to the applicable price, billing terms, and service conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

10. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled according to the applicable refund terms of AffirmSpace.

11. Account Suspension & Termination
